What's New:
Since the last update, I under went LASIK which has prevented me from training in BJJ for a little over a month.  I was cleared last week to return to training.  The website update continues, see the Gallery and Forum, they are much more integrated now.    If you enjoy the outdoors in East Tennessee, please visit our forum and register.  We are hoping to make it a destination site for E. TN outdoor enthusiasts.  We'll be working on additional changes over the next few months.

Check out the new Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu page we've recently added.  I will periodically update this with what is happening with my training, competition, my daughters interest in taking class, etc.  We will also have links to different resources on the web.
